As the Owner of a Large Rental Apartment complex here on the West Coast it's difficult to find a reliable Contractor to renovate suites in a 2 month turn around period as Tenants give notice & move out. Hans & his team have performed complete renovations for me on 4 suites so far which include new Kitchens, Bathrooms, LED lighting, Flooring & painting. Amazingly enough on time & on budget.
